I'm a Digital Product Leader with a rich background from many different areas.
Starting my career in Customer Service, the customer focus is close to my heart and something I bring along for every new postion, be it as a Manager within our sales organization, a Project Manager for R&D or a Product Leader within our Digital Sales organization.
I love bringing new ideas into life and thrive in an environment where I can quickly jump between large strategic concepts and daily operational work with my development team. Known for my out-of-the-box thinking, I'm the entrepreneur in residence, the person who gets called into strategy workshops and innovation work. I excel at getting a lot done with a small, focused team.
I love playing around with new AI tools and invest a lot of time staying updated with the latest products that can help me accelerate my work.

Experience
10+ years Project Management. In most positions during my 13 years at Seco Tools I've been doing project management. Everything from complex IT projects focusing on master data conflicts, to international re-organizations, to developing new business areas.
5+ years Product Management. I worked with both large established websites, improving CSAT and NPS etc. and also smaller teams focusing on new product development. I specialize in product guidance, recommendations and personlization.
4 years as a Department Manager. I've been a Customer Service Manager for Sweden and was later promoted to Technical Support Manager for the Nordic markets.

Product Lead
2022 - Present
Seco Tools, Fagersta, Sweden
- Creating and leading a new product area, Component Guidance. The first product requires new backend tech, transformation of internal services into API’s, and packaging a complex process into a usable design. My role has been to secure the viability, feasibility, and usability of the product by following design thinking principles, staying close to customers and stakeholders, and coordinating and supporting my team.
- Responsible for External Channels and Partnerships. Creating a strategy on what channels to focus on and selecting partners within those channels, securing a aligned customer experience in all channels. Examples of external channels where Seco Tools products can be found are CAM software and on resellers ecommerce sites.
Manager
2018 - 2022
Seco Tools, Fagersta, Sweden
- Oversaw Customer Service and Inside Sales for the Swedish market, managing 1,000 customers and generating 400 MSEK in revenue with a team of 11 across two locations. During my time with the team, we managed to increase our NPS up to +72.
- Promoted in 2021 to Manager of Nordic Technical Support, leading a team of specialists across different service areas. Drove sustainability programs like the carbide recycling initiative, contributing to circular economy goals. I also re-shaped our distribution strategy and developed our reconditioning program.
Global Product Manager
2016 - 2018
Seco Tools, Fagersta, Sweden
- Managed the 'Search and Evaluate' product area, including tools that guide customers through the pre-purchase journey for over 50,000 products. In this position I built the whole product tree for Seco Tools, complete with filters, related products etc. I also managed the Seco Suggest application, an innovate product that guides users based on a what they would like to produce rather than simple tool filters.
- Product Manager for an in-house CMS, facilitating global and local content publication by marketing teams.
Technical Specialist
2015 - 2016

- Company specialist on product information. Responsible for KPI's regarding information quality and securing data integrity in major projects. Also responsible for product data exports to distributors and customers and working with cutting data simulations.
- Highlighted project: ISO13399 implementation, sub project manager and later, overall project manager. Switching from an internal standard to ISO13399 for all geometrical attributes. Included converting master data, securing all consuming systems and updating 5000 images.

- Second line customer support, solving the trickier questions when our subsidiaries needed support. Responsible for the Americas.
